Life can be very stressy, but don’t forget to take the time to feed your body properly!
The easiest way is then to cram yourself with fast food. Mostly, the less time the unhealthier the meal – is that really true? I suggest go for fast & healthy recipes use those instead, if you do it yourself or let those been done for you! Find here my current favorite summer dish which is prepared within 10 minutes.
“Sliced chicken breast on steamed spinach leaves with pomegranate or cranberries” – cooked in a wok pan.
Preparation: Sauté chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 red onion, then add the spinach leaves with pomegranate or cranberries, let simmer and spice up with cayenne pepper and salt.
